Gym and Sauna

Located on the ground floor of the Clubhouse, our fitness centre offers a variety of cardiovascular and strength-training options including a Smith machine, Weight machines for upper and lower body, treadmills, stationary bicycles and dumbbells (up to 40kg). Once you are done with your workout, you can get your 100 OSPO Whey Protein post workout shake directly from our Club House.
